間口６ｍ、奥行き１８.５ｍという細長い、まるで「うなぎの寝床」のような敷地に建つ、３台分の駐車スペースを持つ家族５人の為の住宅です。敷地の両側は隣の家との隙間が少なく、非常に困難な採光状況でしたが、ロフトや屋上バルコニーをつくることで上方からの採光を確保しました。また、天井を高くすることで２階ＬＤＫの空間を大きく取り、狭小敷地でありながらも狭さを感じさせないような設計になっています。
