若い夫婦のための住宅。

閑静だが、明るく陽の差し込む低層住宅地にある。

生活に必要な諸室を並べるだけではスペース的に成立しないような狭小地での計画となった。

周囲に溶け込むように最高高さを抑えながら小さな敷地を最大限に利用するため、地階を設け、同時に光を導くための坪庭を計画した。

各階ごとに機能を振り分け、動線を明確にすることで、プライバシーを確保しながら光の坪庭によって繋がる、家族だけの空間となる。
